Global Performance Monitor (GPM)
GPM is a global monitoring system for the senior executive who cares to see where quality performance issues exist at the present time across the company enterprise of production and supply site locations. The tool offers a worldwide view of your business. A single click on a problem site drills down and displays the last twenty quality audit scores reported at the selected site.
GPM derives performance information for each of your production facilities from audits and inspections as they are performed. Therefore, the LQATS database is necessary for GPM to function and cannot function without LQATS. GPM is bundled with LQATS and access to GPM is controlled through LQATS by any customer user who has administrative privileges in LQATS.
No, just a Microsoft Internet browser, and permission to view GPM granted within LQATS.
Absolutely. Groups may be set up and then selected when GPM is being displayed. Also, values delineating levels of performance may be set by appropriate users.
